White birch comes mainly from Europe specifically the Nordic countries. The color of stained woods is obtained with natural and hypoallergenic dyes.
Horn is a natural material made of keratin. Entirely hand carved, our frames are hypoallergenic. Indian water buffalo horns which we use, are raised on farms for meat consumption. A health certificate is issued for all our horn importations.
